GSA C. elegans 2017 was once again be a phenomenal and exciting scientific hub around this elegant worm. Different cultures with a variety of approaches: Biology, Genetics, Research, Environment, Ecology, Development, Physiology and Neurobiology.

The Genetics Society of America organised and Cherry Biotech  attended the 21th International C. elegans Meeting. The meeting was held June 21 – 26, 2017 at the UCLA campus.

Conference attendees learned about cutting-edge research involving C.elegans in a diverse array of topics, including: physiology, neurobiology, development, evolution, behavior, aging, ecology, gene regulation, genomics, and many more.

In addition, this renowned conference allowed us to network with premiere geneticists in the field, forge new collaborations and experience the Worm Art Show.  The C. elegans conference also boasts many opportunities to learn about genetics education and career development.
