→ Obtain a fully differentiated healthy skin equivalent

→ Build a fully differentiated Melanoma on a chip

→ Detect CTC in the flow stream

→ Maintain the system for several weeks

→ Implementation of optical detection of tagged CTC in the flow stream (signal detection based on GFP)
