→ Gas : normoxia, 5% CO2

→ Perfusion mode : pulse

→ Culture unit : custom microfluidic chip

Cardiomyocytes derived from iPSCs were cultured for 4 days

Cardiomyocytes derived from iPSCs were cultured for 10 days. Contracting cardiomyocytes were obtained after 7 days of culture
