AIMS
→ Obtain a fully differentiated healthy skin equivalent
→ Build a fully differentiated Melanoma on a chip
→ Detect CTC in the flow stream
→ Maintain the system for several weeks
FEATURES
→ Temperature : 37°C
→ Gas : normoxia, air-liquid interface
→ Perfusion mode : pulse & continuous
→ Culture unit : 6 well multi well & trans well
RESULTS
→ Implementation of the protocol to fully differentiated skin equivalent
→ Establishment of the melanoma on a chip: ongoing
→ Implementation of optical detection of tagged CTC in the flow stream (signal detection based on GFP)
PERSPECTIVE
→ Testing anti-migration drugs
