Cherry Biotech’s mission
Cherry Biotech’s mission is to develop the most advanced technological platform using in-vitro human biological models to evaluate the impact of compounds (e.g. drugs, endocrine disruptors, cosmetics) on the human body to better treat pathologies and predict adverse side effects. The platform aims to be the best alternative to ineffective animal models by combining novel microfluidic technologies, artificial intelligence, and the most advanced imaging techniques.
Our context today
We are now at the latest development phase of our new product Cubix and we are in the process of structuring the production of the Cubix to ensure full commercialization worldwide.
We have reached the pre-sales phase and are now offering service activities. We are also involved in several international scientific collaborations which allow us to keep ahead of our competitors, to test our devices with top-notch scientific support and to further explore new potential innovations to integrate into our current and future products.
Our team
To meet all the challenges of our company, we have built a united and hardworking group. We are a multidisciplinary team of 20 people of 8 different nationalities, passionate about our mission, helping each other, and adapting to all situations.

What do we offer?
Organs on Chip, or micro physiological systems (MPS), have the potential to increase the speed of discovery of new treatments and replace animal models. At Cherry we developed a new device, CubiX, that has the power of controlling the physical parameters of the cellular environment. As a Production Engineer with supply chain management, you will have a pivotal role in the organization.
Missions and skills :
Production :
- Be responsible for the assembly of our two machines Cubix and Cherry Temp
- Perform functional tests and ensure compliance with CE and ISO 9001 standards (ideally ISO 14385)
- Document procedures and verify technical traceability
- Develop and adjust the production schedule
- Implement monitoring tools within a continuous improvement approach
- Manage inventory using an ERP/MRPEasy system and set up procedures for employees using the stock
Supply Chain & After-sales (SAV)
- Serve as the primary technical liaison for post-delivery support (diagnosis, remote troubleshooting, parts replacement) and track recurring issues
- Collaborate with Industrialization and R&D teams to drive brainstorming and resolution of technical challenges
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain (vendor selection, ordering, reception, inventory) and negotiate procurement terms to meet quality, cost, and timing goals
- Coordinate customer shipments, including customs and international logistics
- Manage sales administration (quotes, invoicing, delivery follow-up) and ensure seamless cross-functional communication
What are we looking for?
- Experience of minimum 3 years in production/prototyping/assembling (mechanic and electronic), with a Supply chain management knowledge
- Design software CAD expertise (CAO like SolidWorks)
- Desired previous experience in CE-marking and ISO 9001 (ideally 14385)
- Strong customer focus
- You are rigorous, organized, methodical with an analytical vision
- You are a team player, committed, autonomous and with a hands-on attitude
- You know how to adapt, deal with the unexpected and find solutions to any problems you encounter
- You wish to evolve in a fast-growing environment
- English fluent speaker and good writing skills are mandatory
